Welcome on the English part of our website on with we like to give you some information about our holiday apartment.

The apartment:Our independently holiday apartment of 65 m2 is located on the ground floor of our in 2007 build family home on a hillside at Gunderath.
The layout of the apartment consists of:
A living / dining room with open kitchen, two bedrooms with two beds and a bathroom.
The living room is equipped with satellite TV, DVD is possible, with your own laptop, to use our wireless Internet connection for free!
The open kitchen includes an oven, microwave and dishwasher and further everything you need to cook.
In the bathroom there is a bath / shower, toilet, hand basin and a hairdryer.
The bedrooms have each two beds. They can be placed separately or together. It is possible to have a cot in one of the bedrooms.
The apartment is further fully equipped and furnished.

In front of the apartment is a private terrace with a nice view over the surrounding area and features comfortable patio furniture.

The basement room is equipped with a washing machine, you can use for little money, and can also be used for storing bicycles, strollers, etc.

On our website you can fined some photo’s for a more specific layout and design of the accommodation.

The price:Our slogan is: “The whole year the same price”.
There is only one exception. If there is an official German public holiday* within the rental period the total rent price will by increased by € 75,- .

* German public holiday: (new year’s day, good Friday, Easter Monday, labor day, ascension day, whit Monday, day of German unity, Christmas day and boxing day).

Weekend                                                                                      225,- Euro

Midweek                                                                                      300,- Euro

Week                                                                                            515,- Euro

The above periods are approximate. Any other time or combination is negotiable.

The price includes the use of water and electricity, bed linen, towels and kitchen towels.

Local area:

Gunderath is 13 km away from the Nurburgring, 25 km from Cochem, 65 km from Koblenz and 90 km from Trier. It is possible to make nice visits to a lot of places.
Just check our “Link list” on the website to explore the Eifel.

Holiday park Center Parcs Park Eifel is also situated in Gunderath, so by less weather you can make use of the entertainment facilities of the park.
